In Hostel rooms we have to keep your food limited and safe. We need to store the food which stays longer as that the food which has less or no water content in it.
Well to start with i listed few of the regular essentials and other food items to have in your hostel rooms if you have the option of cooking. Otherwise you can go with the instant food mix or else have some fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts that helps to make easy recipes and fill your hungers.
Best Food items to always have in your hostel rooms
For easy salad preparation:-
We can prepare different varieties of salad and sprout preparation with the basic ingredients.
So if you want have healthy salad just soak the green moong over night and remove the water and cover with a cloth, tie it and keep aside. The sprouts are ready for the next day.
Take the sprouts plain or else mix with the grated vegetables and just sprinkle little salt and lemon.

Now a days different healthy instant mixes are available in the market. so just check the need and stock it un your rooms for instant fillings as either for breakfast,lunch,dinner recipes.
